Double-Strand Specific DNase (dsDNase)

Double-Strand Specific DNase – a highly selective DNase (type DNase I) with extremely high selectivity towards double-stranded DNA with virtually non-detectable activity towards single-stranded DNA (>5000 x less activity) and ds- and ssRNA (even lower activity). This enzyme is best inactivated at 65°C.

The application of the dsDNase provides an improved contamination control as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with our Cod UNG.
