Nucleases

ArcticZymes provide three nucleases originating from cold adapted marine organisms.

dsDNase and HL-dsDNase are double-strand DNA specific and heat-labile DNases which make them especially useful in RNA or double-strand DNA clean-up applications, while SAN is active at low temperatures and in high concentrations of salt, which makes it useful for applications where nucleic acids must be removed from samples such as cell lysates or general purification processes.
